We’re pretty proud of our people… We love what we do, we have a lot of fun doing what we do and we hope that rubs off on our clients too. Here is Electric Dialogue:
our people
Scott Seaman-Digby
founder & new business director
Scott is our commercial lead, working on new business generation and relationship management with clients. Eternally chirpy, his background covers time in retail, financial services, consultancy and the public sector. He has amusingly worked with organisations in ladies underwear, alcohol, gambling and politics. A local Councillor for 13 years he is regarded as a ‘nice bloke’ by all who know him.
Ben Brougham
founder & managing director
Ben looks after lots of things – he’s our creative services lead, our strategy, marketing and branding guy; which is where he feels most at home. However needs must in a small business, so Ben also looks after Finance, HR, Legal and all the other less exciting sides of running a business. He’s worked in media off and online all his life, many of those years spent working with DMG events both here and overseas.
Matt Beswick
founder & technical director
Matt is a self confessed web addict with a love of everything internet based. From SEO and Social Engagement to Web Development, Facebook Applications, and everything in between. Can frequently be found blogging about pretty much anything and loves gadgets, football, karting and Fomula 1.
Erika Clegg
Creative Director
Erika has always had a passion for creative marketing – she read Campaign and Marketing Week voraciously from an early age and begged agencies for showreels. She is our creative director, overseeing concept development and advising on design and messaging. She sits on the Board of the Design Business Association, is a UK creative business ambassador, and in her free time is a mum, wife and hen keeper.
Izaak Hutchinson
technical manager
Izaak is no longer the youngest addition the family; he’s still young though, he tells us. Working by the quote “Difficult is worth doing”, he brings with him knowledge of SEO management and software development from inception to implementation. He is also a lover of gadgets and android aficionado (the only in the office).
Mark Hughes
search marketing manager
Mark started life as ‘the client’, so he is acutely aware of the challenges our clients face. He brings with him many years of experience managing campaigns for a wealth of clients, from blue chip corporations to SMEs. Outside of SEO (if that exists), he’s an avid festival goer and loves football, music, camping & food (oh, and he makes a mean cuppa!)
Jim Atkins
Business Development Manager
Never one to shy away from a good debate, Jim’s interests range from music to theology, history and sports. He brings a passion for and understanding of digital marketing, so not only is he selling our wares, he is also advising clients knowledgeably on everything from online strategy to SEO and PPC. His only downfall is his tea-making..
Elle-Rose Williams
Content and Social Media Guru
Elle-Rose is our Content and Social Media Manager at Electric Dialogue, looking after our client content and their social Media profiles. Ellie loves to travel and is rarely found without one of her 4 cameras. She also cooks an awesome Lasagne (although she hasn’t yet brought one into the office).
Josh Hansen
SEO Executive
Josh is the youngest member of our team, and is generally up to his elbows in link building or on one of our SEO and PPC projects. He is a qualified Google Adwords professional and an avid sports fan, book worm and lover of the great outdoors.
Mike Thurgood
Affiliate Manager
Mike is our Affiliate Marketing expert and has worked in every possible area including Affiliate Network, Agency, Publisher, and Client side. He is a technology and data geek and loves nothing more than burying his head in a spreadsheet or tinkering with new tech. He has far too much energy so fills his time outside of work mountain biking, road cycling, running, doing martial arts (badly) and generally being outdoors!
Howard Denton
Blogger and Link-Builder
Howard hasn’t embraced a conventional career pathway to date – he has lived and worked extensively in Europe, Australasia and North America pursuing his passions of waves, mountains and gravity based descent. In between all that, Howard finds time to work with us here and his unconventional approach to life and work is a constant reminder to us that there is always a way to make things happen.
We work with a wide variety of trusted partners on a freelance basis allowing us to complete large projects at competitive prices.
